neuu-app

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026. This policy applies to the neuu-app private beta operated by Apptek Solutions.

Overview

neuu-app helps authorized beta users understand work context across connected systems. The private beta is designed for read-oriented daily intelligence, source-aware answers, priorities, summaries, and follow-up context. ClickUp is used only for internal project management and is not a product integration in the beta.

This policy explains what information neuu-app may access, why it is used, how it is stored, when it is shared, how users can disconnect integrations or request deletion, and how Apptek Solutions protects the information it keeps.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, profile settings, workspace membership, and role.
  • Integration connection records such as provider, status, approved scopes, timestamps, and account labels.
  • Google Gmail data authorized by the user, limited to read-only work-email context needed for commitments, follow-ups, decisions, and unresolved requests.
  • Google Calendar data authorized by the user, limited to read-only agenda and event context needed for meeting preparation and timeline intelligence.
  • Fireflies.ai meeting context available through authorized API access, such as meeting summaries, transcript-derived signals, attendees, speakers, and meeting metadata.
  • Jira issue context available to the authorized user, such as project, issue, status, priority, assignee, reporter, comments when allowed, and related delivery context.
  • Usage metrics, limits, audit records, support records, and minimal operational logs.

How We Use Information

  • Provide the Daily Dashboard, Smart Search / Chat, answer sources, integration settings, and admin views.
  • Generate source-aware priorities, summaries, next steps, and answers grounded in authorized sources.
  • Maintain integration connection state, reconnect states, usage limits, audit records, and support diagnostics.
  • Protect the service, investigate abuse, troubleshoot provider errors, and improve reliability.
  • Evaluate private beta usefulness using feedback and aggregated operational metrics.

neuu-app does not use Google Workspace user data, Gmail data, Calendar data, Fireflies.ai data, Jira data, or AI prompts for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, lending decisions, or unrelated third-party use.

Google API Data

neuu-app requests the minimum Google access needed for approved beta features. The intended MVP access is read-only Gmail and read-only Google Calendar event context. neuu-app will not send, modify, delete, archive, label, draft, invite, edit, or administer Google data.

neuu-app use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide or improve visible user-facing features and the operational/security work needed to provide those features.

AI Processing

neuu-app may send limited, relevant source context to an LLM Gateway to generate source-aware answers, summaries, and next steps. Prompts separate system instructions, user requests, and external source content. Source references are preserved when answers rely on connected data. External content is treated as evidence, not as instructions to override system policy.

Storage And Retention

The beta stores only what is needed to operate the MVP: user profile records, workspace membership, connection metadata, secure token references or encrypted tokens, preferences, usage counters, audit records, support records, and normalized work signals. neuu-app does not store complete histories of emails, calendar events, meeting transcripts, or Jira issues by default.

Temporary context caches may be used only when required for a beta feature or operational safety. Cached data should be short-lived, controlled, and deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing

Apptek Solutions may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, AI, logging, and security service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support neuu-app. These providers may process information on Apptek Solutions' behalf but are not allowed to use it for unrelated purposes.

Apptek Solutions may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with the user's explicit direction.

User Controls

  • Disconnect an integration to stop future provider fetches.
  • Revoke provider access from the provider account or admin console.
  • Request deletion of beta account data and temporary context cache.
  • Request access to a practical summary of stored profile, integration, preference, and normalized records.
  • Request correction of profile or preference information when self-service controls are unavailable.

Security

Apptek Solutions uses access controls, environment-specific secrets, row-level security, encrypted transport, redacted logging, least-privilege provider scopes, and operational review to protect beta data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the beta is designed to minimize stored data and reduce exposure.

Children

neuu-app is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 13.
