Beta Service

neuu-app is a private beta product that helps authorized users review work context, priorities, source-aware answers, and next steps from connected work systems. The beta may change, be unavailable, contain defects, or produce incomplete results. Apptek Solutions may modify, suspend, or end the beta at any time.

Eligibility And Accounts

Users must be invited or approved by Apptek Solutions to access the private beta. Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure and for using only provider accounts and data they are authorized to connect.

Authorized Integrations

The beta may connect to Gmail, Google Calendar, Fireflies.ai, and Jira when authorized by the user or the user's organization. The MVP is read-oriented. It is not intended to send emails, modify calendar events, create Jira work, alter provider records, delete provider data, or perform external write actions without a separate explicit user-confirmed workflow.

Acceptable Use

• Use neuu-app only for lawful business purposes and authorized beta evaluation.
• Do not connect accounts, workspaces, projects, meetings, or data that you are not allowed to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access controls, provider terms, or beta limits.
• Do not upload or intentionally expose secrets, private keys, malware, unlawful content, or unauthorized data.
• Do not use neuu-app to make employment, legal, financial, medical, lending, credit, or safety-critical decisions without independent review.

AI Output

neuu-app may use AI to summarize context, answer questions, classify signals, and suggest next steps. AI output may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Users are responsible for reviewing source references and applying professional judgment before acting on any output.

neuu-app should not execute external actions based only on AI output unless a later approved workflow requires clear user confirmation.

User Data And Feedback

Apptek Solutions handles beta data according to the neuu-app Privacy Policy. Users may provide feedback, bug reports, suggestions, or usage comments. Apptek Solutions may use that feedback to improve neuu-app without owing compensation, while continuing to protect confidential and personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

neuu-app depends on third-party services such as Google, Fireflies.ai, Atlassian/Jira, Supabase, Vercel, and AI providers. Those services may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, and account controls. Apptek Solutions is not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, account decisions, or data that remains in those external systems.

Confidentiality

The private beta, product behavior, screenshots, source-aware outputs, and non-public documentation may be confidential unless Apptek Solutions says otherwise. Users should not share beta access or non-public beta information outside approved project stakeholders.

Availability And Changes

The beta is provided for evaluation and may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Apptek Solutions may add, remove, or change features, integrations, limits, and access rules during the beta.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or error-free operation. Apptek Solutions does not guarantee that neuu-app will find every priority, task, risk, message, event, meeting item, or issue.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptek Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, provider account issues, or decisions made based on beta output.

Suspension And Termination

Apptek Solutions may suspend or terminate beta access if a user violates these terms, creates security or privacy risk, exceeds beta scope, misuses provider data, or if continued access could harm Apptek Solutions, users, providers, or third parties.
